How did WWII and the Korean War contribute to transformations in Europe and the world? After reading historical documents write an essay on this page that compares how each war contributed to future world political and social structures.
The Korean War happened about just right after World War II ended. Both the World War II and the Korean War made impacts to the world. World War II and the Korean War left destruction of cities and economic change to the world. Both wars made a big impact to the world and its economic and social structures. World War II brought destruction to some of the countries, but was able to help build upon the social structures of countries and was able to boost up the industry. The Korean War brought destruction to Korea but was able to help bring an economic boost to Japan and the U.S. and was able to reinforce the military power.
When World War II ended, many nations were left in destruction. Germany and Japan was left in destruction and totally defeated. Germany was divided into 4 zones which were occupied by the victorious powers that were pending for political settlement. Japan was left in ruins and was being temporarily put under the U.S. military rule. France and England were in devastation because they were under Germany occupation. England depends on the United States for aid to recover their economy. France and England power status was no longer compared to the power of the United States or the Soviet Union.
However, the United States' economy was boosted by the war and the U.S. military became the leading military power. The United States was in the position of world leader more than ever. Since England and France, the major European powers, were weak, the other countries outside of Europe had the opportunity to become independent.

The radar was being developed which was the beginning of television and the electronics and computer was in progress.
